New Mexico man facing 10 years in prison after falsely demanding $20 million from federal employee

NEW MEXICO(KRQE) – A man from Datil, New Mexico, has pled guilty to submitting a false lien against a Social Security Administration employee. The man, 56-year-old Trapper Killsmany, claimed the federal employee owed him $20 million.The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) says Killsmany made the false claim despite having no financial relationship with the Social Security Administration employee.
