This Wal-Mart was very different in the way it was set up. They had jewelry section blocked out so could leave without passing the cashier. Also when I was there a stocker knocked down a whole display of ranch dressing she was trying to fix it and it crashed on the floor. Not a fan of the way this walmart was set-up not very convient to have the pharmacy in the back of the store instead of near the front like most are. Just had to stop in for a few items on my way back to Cheyenne.

Went to 2 different WalMarts this week and some genius in HQ decided to pull all the Hostess copied snacks that they used to have on a large display near Dairy. The pink snowballs were great and cheap along with a bunch of other cheap snack cakes in a 4ft section. Worst of all I asked 3 different clerks who told me to try different places where they were, but nope not anymore.

Lots of people working this morning at 6 am. However not for customer service. I picked out clothes, went to try them on and no one was around there. Found a nice lady working who tried to find a key and/or manager to open fitting rooms. Nothing. I called when I left the store. After about 3 min. of phone ringing someone answered. Her (CSM manager) said that person was on a break so she could not open the fitting room or answer the phone. So many people working no one to help.

Such a frustrating store to go to. Despite their «reasonable» prices they always have a 6 person deep line at any given time. Instead of having enough people to check you out, they focus their efforts on having people at the doors who harass you as you are leaving. Pretty disappointed that they are no longer open 24⁄7.

I visited this location on 9901 Grant St. Thornton, CO probably twice a week (I’m very forgetful). Every time I’ve gone in the past I’ve had decent experiences. Today however was aweful I visited the above location on Sunday July 5 at around 3:00 to 3:30. In that thirty minute time period I had an outstanding thee horrible experiences with your employees. The first happened immediately when we walked in. My three year old son was walking beside me holding my hand and looking at his new light up shoes. We were both laughing and complimenting how good he looked, not playing very much attention to who was walking past us. Then I look up I see a security guard throw her hands up, let out a very long sigh and roll her eyes. I ignored the fact that she insulted my three year old for the fact that people have bad day. Next we went to the electronic department and grabbed a game that I had a question about. The game online was half price and did not indicate that it was an online only price. I assumed that they would say no and give a reasonable explanation, but it was definitely worth asking. Or at least I thought. So I wait by the desk for someone to emerge from the back, it didn’t take to long. I tell her that I found the same game online and that I had a question about why it was ringing up higher. She don’t look on my phone to see the page already pulled up or give me any explanation. She just looked at me and said, «Walmart wouldn’t sell it for that price.». I was a little shocked by her harsh tone and said that I have the page pulled up if she wanted to see. Her shook her hand furiously and said I’d have to show the main electronic guy. At this point my attitude was still decent and I waited for the main guy to finish up his sale. He ended up stopping mid way though to give the previous lady guidance. He told her that Walmart will honor it if it’s the same game and to go ahead if so. Success I thought! Wrong, she took a sweeping glacé at my phone then at the game and tried telling me it wasn’t the same game. Knowing that I wouldn’t get anywhere here I decided to go to the speedy check out lane. I waited in line to ask my question and refreshed my attitude. When it got to me I told the lady I had a question about the different prices. She scanned the barcode and told me they would only sell at this price. Then she thew it into a basket and looked at the person waiting behind me. I then proceeded to ask why it said a different price, why it didn’t say online only and why they don’t match there own prices. Her tone grew more and more aggressive until I gave up completely. I have now given up on this Walmart completely and will drive farther for one with descent employees.
Long story short: Don’t go here because you’ll be treated with absolutely no respect.

Typically disorganized, unfriendly staff except at the register, only a fraction of the registers are open. I have also had many instances where customer service is not available and the money center is not friendly on the service.

The cashiers here are polite. Everything else is horrible. Never organized, not enough cashiers open, way to many people.

This is by far the worst wal-mart I have ever been to. Very messy and never organized. Never enough registers open…(like every other wal-Mart) there is never anybody in any department to help either. Always ask 3 times sometime 4 before somebody will assist. Went to the photo center and they said they were closed. The hours clearly stated they were open til 9 and they just closed at 5 because. The next time at the photo center waited 20 minutes before we had to literally track somebody down. HORRIBLE!!!

I don’t know why I’m surprised that this particular Walmart disappointed me once again. For the second time in a month, my husband and I came to get an oil change at the tire and lube department. Both times have been around 6 PM and both times we have been turned away because «we are too busy and aren’t accepting any more oil changes today».
I decided to write a review this time because the staff was incredibly rude, basically kicking us out of the store, and although they did tell us that they were understaffed, there were 2 technicians standing around talking to a friend. There were two cars in front of us that only needed oil changes, but clearly 2 hours was not enough time to do any more.
I’ve never been a «Walmart hater», but I can honestly say I will never shop at this location again. I would rather pay a little more than deal with this gross incompetence and inadequacy again.

I hate visiting this store and will undoubtedly drive further or pay more just to avoid shopping here, for many reasons… First off the people that shop there are rude and seem to have lost there manners somewhere in the over crowded parking lot.
The bathrooms are always closed for cleaning, which boggles my mind because they are always messy and something is always broken.
You can never find someone that is working to help you find something, and if you go in after ten the night crew people are too busy hanging out and chatting with each other to acknowledge you.
The produce goes bad so fast!
The lines are always long and under staffed.
Most every department is a mess and disorganized.
I did have one good experience after calling the Pharmacy a total of five times.

Oil & Lube:
It’s been 2hrs and counting now for an oil change where I supplied the oil and filter (Mobil 1). When I arrived there was 1 vehicle in the bay, and one vehicle in front of me in line. Okay, that’s, what? 45 minutes, tops?
Both received an oil change.
Two employees are working in the bay, and they are moving like slugs. The employee who is changing my oil took 7 – 10 minutes to verify in the filter manual that I provided the correct filter. Good on her for double-checking, yet, there’s really no need since it’s a customer provided part and anyone willing to provide their own oil/filter probably knows wtf is going on.
Another 5 minutes to verify how much oil of the six quarts I provided goes into the 5.3L V8. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she’s BRAND NEW TO THE JOB.
Now she’s checking how much of a charge my battery has… Why? Fuck if I know.

Dirty women’s bathrooms with two doors out of 4 completely broken, poorly staffed, about 40 people in line and only 3 self check outs out of 8 open and only 2 registers open. Will never stop at this walmart again! The worst I’ve seen!

I’m not hating against Walmart. Just this store. I’m actually still in here. I wanted a video game that was LITERALLY sold out everywhere else except here (now I know it was because there was no one to sell it)
Waited 20 minutes next to the ringing electronics phone wishing someone would come. I actually called the store to let them know. Still no one.
10⁄10 would wait randomly in Walmart again
Update: phone still ringing. Whoever is on the other side has patience. finally a manager came to check everyone out… This Walmart must be on some hard times

30+ registers in the store, 14 people in line, and only 1 register open. I hate having to go to this store. If the one on Washington had more items is never come back here. It’s like this no matter what time of the day it is. It’s getting dirty and the shelves are barely stocked.

I stay so far away from this store! It is a hot mess! Extremely dirty, under staffed and always packed. Wonder who the store manager is, I’d be ashamed if I were them.

It’s my neighborhood Walmart, and yet, I’m scared to shop here.
It’s dirty.
It’s grungy.
It’s never staffed well. No matter what, you’ll spend at least ten minutes in the checkout line.
Parking is a disaster. People will camp in the middle of a lane in the lot so they can get the closest spot. I almost wound up in a fistfight with a jerk in a BMW one afternoon who was blocking traffic.
Most importantly, the store doesn’t feel safe. It’s messy and crowded, and nobody shopping here seems happy. Even the rent-a-cops seem miserable.
But, it’s Walmart. Cheap goods, a grocery section, and a convenient location. I go here when I know exactly what I need to get and park on the perimeter to avoid meanies like BMW boy. If I just want to browse, I drive to 128th and Quebec!

Going to Walmart is always a drag however going here is the worst. The store is always dirty, the customer service is the worst (slow, unfriendly, unwilling to help, they make you feel like as a customer you just annoy them), I got hit in the parking lot, there’s never any registers open, and the layout of the site is very unorganized and hard to navigate which makes shopping frustrating. The only plus they had was that they carry Macayo brand Chiles, which I have been unable to find since I moved to CO.
